An experienced people developer and business development professional, Robin specialises in relationship-building, communications and training.
His latest endeavour involved working on a social enterprise project to provide low-cost, high-value, motivational and enrichment learning opportunities for underprivileged and under-achieving youths.
He has diverse industry experiences which include Education (Private & Public Schools), Design (Interior & Graphic), E-Learning (K-12), Workplace Safety & Health (Marine, Oil & Gas, Construction), Spa & Beauty, Sports and Fitness, Security & Surveillance, Manpower & Recruitment, Pharmaceutical, as well as Seminars and Events Management.
Robin is most passionate about Human Relations, Health, Fitness and Learning.

ACADEMIC AND EXAMINATION BOARD
The Academic Board is the principal policy-making and advisory body on all matters relating to and affecting the School's teaching, research and educational programmes. It presides over strategic planning and management processes and thus upholds academic quality and integrity, determining the educational character and mission of the school.
To ensure that academic standards and fair practices set by the Academic Board are rigorously maintained, the Examination Board takes responsibility for the development, proper implementation and review of all examination and assessment procedures.
The Academic and Examination Board meets at regularly scheduled intervals or when necessary to discuss and implement any issues brought to its attention.
Mr Tay is the Founder of Inspiration Design International School since 1989.
He is a distinction graduate with both Rhodec International in United Kingdom and the University of Canberra's Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Design (Interior Design Specialisation).
He has over 28 years of professional experience in the environmental design industry and has worked on environmental design which includes landscaping, architecture, prestigious commercial and residential projects in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia and China.
Since 2004, Mr Tay has been a judge for the installations at the annual International Furniture Fair in Singapore and Career Fair. He is also a regular public speaker at design seminars in Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, Vietnam and China.
As the School Principal and Full-time Design Director, Mr Tay teaches across all spectrum of the curriculum based on his experience and live projects. He also institutes quality assurance on all teaching practices in the school.

Mr Chong Huai Seng graduated from the University of Manchester with first class honours in Polymer Physics in 1973.
Mr Chong is currently a Director of Renate Kant Asia Pte Ltd, an art conservation studio that provides conservation and restoration services to the fine arts industry.
He is also a Director of Leading HR Pte Ltd and an Independent Director of Catalist-listed Plato Capital Ltd.
Mr Chong previously served as a Senior Officer with the Economic Development Board of Singapore for two years before joining the financial services sector in 1979, where he was the Managing Director of Vickers da Costa Securities and John Govett Asia for ten years from 1984 to 1994.
Mr Chong was the Managing Director of Sesdaq-listed Pan Pacific Public Company Ltd. between 1994 and 1997 and was the Vice Chairman and substantial shareholder of Panpac Media Ltd. from 1998 to 2003.
Dr Christopher Sear

Dr Christopher Sear holds Bachelor and Masters degrees in the Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, UK, and a Masters and Doctoral degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Manchester, UK. He is also a Chartered Chemist and Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry, UK.
His career spans academic research and teaching, the creation and management of research teams in the pharmaceutical industry, and the commercial development of biomedical products and services. In addition to R&D, Dr Sear has developed skills in team-building, man-management and process standardisation through documentation and quality assurance.
In 2004, Dr Sear worked with A*STAR to complete the design, construction and start-up of the Biological Resource Centre as a biomedical hub in Biopolis, Singapore. In 2006, he conceived the need for a National Breeding Centre for research animals – to further support the burgeoning biomedical sector in Singapore – and subsequently gained Ministerial approval for the design and construction of this very specialised facility. Dr Sear over-saw the project from concept design to hand-over, and operationalised the installation as its first Managing Director.
In 2016, Dr Sear joined CCTech, a UK consultancy specialising in the design and development of highly-regulated biomedical facilities for British universities and industry. His specialism is the translation of scientific requirements and aspirations into refurbishment, new-build and enhancement projects for biomedical laboratories that are efficient, future-proof and cost-effective.
Tham Heng Mun

Mr Tham Heng Mun graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Social Sciences with Honours.
He has 36 years of working experience with the Port of Singapore Corporation (PSA) and the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) as Director (Corporate Services) and Deputy Director (Port Division). His experience is in marine policy matters, economic planning, shipping and maritime matters, port management, port development and policy analysis.
Having vast experience in the dealings of regional and international groupings such as the International Maritime Organisation (IMO), Asia Pacific Economic Comission (APEC), ASEAN Port Association (APA), International Bunkering Industry Association (IBIA), International Port and Harbours and the Asia Pacific Economic Forum, Mr Tham specialises in imparting communication skills to students.
Mr Tham teaches Design Communications.
